The Rise Collective is a platform and coaching company that offers classes and online programs to teach women about their moon cycles, and supporting women in their content marketing efforts.

WHEN WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
We collect your information when you use the site. This could be when you sign up for free resources with your email and other digital channels, when you register for a course, attend an event, or make a purchase.
We collect personal information when you:
-join our mailing list
-when you purchase a product from our online store
-when you register for a retreat or online course, free or paid
-when you attend an event or class in person
-visit our website
We only collect the information we need to conduct business, provide the particular product or service you’ve requested, and to keep you informed on what’s new at The Rise Collective. If you choose not to provide certain information we may not be able to provide you with certain products or services and our communications are less relevant to you. For example, you may not hear about an event in your area if you opt not to provide your city or state.
WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We store your data in ConvertKit, which is the service we use to email you. If you have registered for an online course, we also store your information on our secure servers at TheRiseCollective.org and/or Teachable. If you make a purchase your payment information is processed through Stripe or Paypal. We store shipping addresses in our secure server.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will let you know why we’re collecting it. This includes:
-keeping you up to date on our events and offerings
-fulfilling an order you made
-sending communications relevant to a course you’re enrolled in
We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
